Lynnmoore design our vibro's based on the customers needs. We either design with out of balance motors (high throughput) or electro mag (high accuracy) depending on the product our customer is conveying or the required stroke length.
All our conveyors are made from 304 Stainless Steel unless requested then we will also use 316 stainless steel for all food contact areas.
Peripheral discharge vibro's are used to equally feed a weigh head around the centre cone, the vibro will be designed in such a way to reduce the risk of the tsunami effect with products
